Daniel Santos
Daniel Santos is the founder of Axia Senior Insurance Advisors, where he leads a structured approach to helping individuals and families make clear, confident coverage decisions.
Since entering the insurance industry in 2012, he has held multiple leadership and advisory roles— experiences that shaped his perspective on a major gap in the industry: too many coverage decisions are rushed, transactional, and overly complex.
In 2017, Daniel and his wife founded Axia to build something different — a firm grounded in clarity, structure, and long-term guidance.
Alongside serving clients, Daniel focuses on advisor development, operational leadership, and building systems that support a more thoughtful client experience.
